Here you can find tips on the annual events taking place in our city, as well as our own events that include everything from cozy wine and beer tastings and after-work sessions to sound meditations at Aurora Spa. Theme night – Italy

For two evenings, Italian flavours meet the ingredients of Northern Sweden. Our Italian chef Luca has created a menu inspired by Italian cuisine, where classic flavours from Italy are paired with Swedish ingredients and a distinct touch of the north. The result is a menu where the familiar takes on a new expression.

Christmas at the hatch

On December 18th, we will be serving “Christmas at the Hatch” from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A steady stream of Christmas delicacies will pass through our hatch during this time.
