Italy meets Northern Sweden in Kiruna
On 22 and 23 October, Italy meets Norrbotten at Camp Ripan. In our restaurant, our Italian chef Luca presents a five-course menu where Italian classics meet ingredients from the north of Sweden. At Aurora Spa, an Italian-inspired sharing platter, carefully selected drinks and a relaxing atmosphere await, bringing together the flavours of two food cultures.

For two evenings, Italian flavours meet the ingredients of Northern Sweden. Our Italian chef Luca has created a menu inspired by Italian cuisine, where classic flavours from Italy are paired with Swedish ingredients and a distinct touch of the north. The result is a menu where the familiar takes on a new expression.
Take a seat at the table and join us for an evening where two culinary traditions come together. You might discover a new favourite, or perhaps the flavours will bring back memories of a trip to Italy. Either way, we hope you leave the table with new tastes to remember and a little bit of Kiruna with you.

Aurora Spa
During the evening, we serve an Italian-inspired sharing platter featuring carefully selected ingredients from both Norrbotten and Italy. Enjoy local favourites such as reindeer sausage, Västerbotten cheese and seed crackers alongside burrata, mortadella, prosciutto crudo and homemade focaccia.
The evening is accompanied by Italian and Nordic music, small touches that tell the stories of both food cultures, and a specially curated drinks menu featuring Italian favourites. Choose from a gin and tonic made with Italian lemon gin, a limoncello spritz or a blueberry Bellini. Non-alcoholic Italian drinks are also available.
