Italy meets Northern Sweden in Kiruna
For two evenings, Italian flavours meet the ingredients of Northern Sweden. Our Italian chef Luca has created a menu inspired by Italian cuisine, where classic flavours from Italy are paired with Swedish ingredients and a distinct touch of the north. The result is a menu where the familiar takes on a new expression.
Take a seat at the table and join us for an evening where two culinary traditions come together. You might discover a new favourite, or perhaps the flavours will bring back memories of a trip to Italy. Either way, we hope you leave the table with new tastes to remember and a little bit of Kiruna with you.
If you’re more interested in peace and relaxation, we can also reveal that we’ll be serving an Italian-inspired snack platter at Aurora Spa on both evenings. For now, we’re keeping the details of the platter a little secret, but we’ll reveal more as our theme nights get closer!
