Strengthen team spirit in our Sami tent, or “lávvu,” where our team-building activities offer a close and personal opportunity to get to know each other better. During May, June, August, and September, we offer team-building programs for groups, where you together take on and solve challenging tasks and problems, all to strengthen cohesion and collaboration skills.
Each group must solve tasks that require cooperation, strategic thinking, and the ability to prioritize within the group, all without digital help and within a set time.
This activity takes place in the calming and peaceful outdoor environment around our lávvu, where you also have the opportunity to take a break and enjoy refreshments prepared by our guides. It’s a perfect day to enhance teamwork, get to know each other deeply, and have fun together, all while engaging in meaningful and engaging exercises.
