A sparkling, magical New Year’s weekend!During the last evening of the year, we serve a New Year’s dinner combined with carefully selected wines recommended by our sommelier. At midnight we toast in Champagne outside in the midwinter night around a crackling open fire – hopefully the dazzling Northern lights will be flashing across the heavens above.
Besides several dinners in our á la carte restaurant Ripan Kitchen and a visit to Aurora Spa the package also includes a visit to the world-famous Icehotel, the world’s very first hotel built of snow and ice. Every year it appears in a new guise, designed by artists from all over the world. Visit both the Winter Hotel that is rebuilt every year, the year-round open Icehotel 365 that has a permanent structure with its Icebar, a concept that has traveled around the world. In addition to this, there are plenty of opportunities to book other activities of your own choice. We can offer, everything from snowshoes, snowmobiles, horse or dog sled tours, ice climbing or why not learn more about the dynamic Kiruna with its history, architecture, the mine, Sami culture and much more. On site there are snowshoes, skates and skis for rent, mattresses for loan.

The package includes
Four nights in a double– or family chalet, day visit to Icehotel incl. transfer, one entrance to Aurora Spa and half board. (Spa ritual Stävan included for adults only.) Other activities are excluded.
