Lunch
We serve a well–prepared, nutritious lunch every weekday, always with Swedish meat if any and locally produced or organic ingredients. We offer a vegetarian option as well as the delicious salad of the week. Your lunch is served on a plate instead of a buffet to reduce food waste. If there is something left on your plate you are welcome to bring your food home, otherwise our modern composting machine will take care of this.
You can also pick up food and eat in your cabin if you would prefer, order in the reception or by contacting bokning@ripan.se or 0980–630 00. If your order is about to be picked up by a company and you would like us to send you an invoice you need to contact us in advance.
