We serve a well–prepared, nutritious lunch every weekday, always with Swedish meat if any and locally produced or organic ingredients. We offer a vegetarian option as well as the delicious salad of the week. Your lunch is served on a plate instead of a buffet to reduce food waste. If there is something left on your plate you are welcome to bring your food home, otherwise our modern composting machine will take care of this.
