On December 20th, we will be serving “Christmas at the Hatch” from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. A steady stream of Christmas delicacies will pass through our hatch during this time. Look forward to various types of herring and salmon, Christmas ham, reindeer and elk sausages, our homemade meatballs, “prince” sausages, spare ribs, Jansson’s Temptation, and more. We conclude with a well-stocked and sweet dessert table.
And as always, only Swedish meat and as far as possible – only Swedish other ingredients.
