Now Jacob from Restaurang Eld at The Viking Museum in Stockholm is taking over Camp Ripan for a unique evening in the spirit of the Vikings.
Join us on a taste journey through the history of the mythical mead – the drink that was once toasted by the Vikings during festivals, rituals and feasts. During the evening, you will hear tales and myths about the Nordic gods and their connection to mead, while you try six different types of mead and a molska – from fresh dry to richly sweet. The drink is served with a charcuterie board based on Swedish ingredients.
