During this group activity, you will arrive at the “Andrummet” in the morning where a healthy breakfast by No Junk awaits you. Enjoy your meal in peace as the day’s lecture begins. In a relaxed context, topics ranging from proper human nutrition to superfoods, gut flora, neurotransmitters, the importance of blood sugar, and much more are discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves. Together, you will cook a variety of nutritious dishes from scratch, rooted in what you’ve learned during the morning, with tastier results than you might have initially expected!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We conclude with a few more slides while we enjoy our delicious, nutritious lunch together. This is a relaxed day that we highly recommend, filled with new insights, inspiration, and lots of laughter <3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lecturer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

JJana Stridfeldt Bjuhr has been working with health since 2003 and is trained as a Health Guide through Lule\u00e5 Technical University, Functional Medicine Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Institute, Mindfulness Instructor through Lev Nu, and serves as the environmental, wellness, and sustainability coordinator at Camp Ripan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
